Due to the one of the Founders (who is named on all founding documents and accepted legal liability) of the Oklahoma Family Child Care Alliance exiting the childcare industry, the OFCCA has been disolved. It's mission has been picked up by the Oklahoma Family Child Care Association

The Oklahoma Family Child Care Alliance Inc. was established for the promotion of licensed home family child care providers in the State of Oklahoma to advocate as a professional organization as a singular unified voice promoting the welfare of providers, children, and their families, as well as:
To act as a liaison between licensed home family child care providers and interested parties, including the Oklahoma Department of Human Services;
To promote a network for licensed family home child care providers;
To enhance quality and promote the professionalism among home family child care providers;
To educate parents and providers about new, changing, or current childhood safety practices;
To educate and inform parents, providers, and policymakers of any upcoming regulatory changes, and;
To provide legislative education on behalf of licensed home family child care providers, children, and their families.
